Systems that don't talk to each other
The same data is typed into two or three tools by hand. We connect them so information moves on its own and stays consistent.
Coenelab
Coenelab helps small and midsize organizations connect fragmented systems, cut repetitive work, and improve how information flows, using practical software, automation, and AI. You end up with an application you own and can keep running.
These are the kinds of problems we are set up to address. They are examples of the work, not a list of past clients.
The same data is typed into two or three tools by hand. We connect them so information moves on its own and stays consistent.
Recurring reports, approvals, reminders, and data cleanup that eat hours every week. We automate the predictable parts and leave people the judgment calls.
Answers buried in inboxes, shared drives, and one person's memory. We organize it so the right people can find and trust it.
A critical process that depends on a fragile file or an app nobody wants to touch. We replace it with something maintainable.
Drafting, summarizing, sorting, and extracting information from documents. We use AI where it fits the process, with a person reviewing what matters.
A discovery conversation to understand how the work happens today, where it slows down, and what a better result looks like.
Straightforward code and proven components, delivered in small working increments you can see and react to.
You learn how it works while it is being built, not in a rushed handoff at the end.
You receive the working application and its repository. Ongoing help is available if you want it, and optional if you don't.
We deliver a working application and a GitHub repository that belong to you. The goal is that your team understands what was built and why, so you are never locked in to us.
We prefer straightforward coded solutions and open-source components, because they are easier to understand, move, and maintain. When a hyperscaler or managed service is worth its operational value, such as reliability, security, or time saved, we use it. What we avoid is adding subscriptions and platforms that your process doesn't need.
